Stuck in Mud, Sand, or a Ditch? We’ll Pull You Out.
What Our Winch-Out Service Covers
When a vehicle is stuck rather than broken down, it usually needs to be pulled out before it can be towed or driven anywhere. Our winching equipment is built for exactly that, getting a vehicle unstuck without adding further damage to the undercarriage, frame, or tires in the process.
When You’d Need a Winch-Out
- Your vehicle slid off the road into a ditch or soft shoulder.
- You’re stuck in mud or sand after leaving a paved surface.
- Your vehicle rolled into standing water and needs to be pulled back to dry ground.
- Weather, heavy rain, flooding, or a soft roadside, left your tires without enough traction to get out on their own.
How It Works
Our technician assesses the situation on arrival, how the vehicle is stuck, the ground conditions, and the angle needed to pull it out safely, before attaching the winch line. The goal is always a controlled pull that gets your vehicle back on solid ground without dragging it in a way that causes more damage than the situation already has.

Winch-Out FAQs
Can you get my car out if it’s partially in water?
It depends on the depth and how the vehicle is positioned. Call us with as much detail as you can, how deep the water is, whether the engine is submerged, and how the vehicle ended up there, so we can figure out the right approach before arriving.
Will winching damage my vehicle further?
Our technicians assess the situation before attaching the winch line specifically to avoid making things worse, the wrong angle or a rushed pull can cause more damage than the vehicle already has. That said, if a vehicle is already damaged from the incident itself, winching it out doesn’t undo that.
What if my vehicle is too stuck to move with a winch alone?
Some situations need more than a straight pull, extra equipment, a different angle, or additional recovery methods. Let us know the details when you call, and our technician can figure out the right setup once they see the situation in person.
Do I need a tow after being winched out?
Not always. If your vehicle is drivable once it’s back on solid ground, you may not need a tow at all. If the incident caused damage that makes it unsafe to drive, we can arrange towing to get it to a shop.
